About me

Currently based in Basel (CH). Over many years I've explored sounds, songs and stories around the banks of Irish rivers & cobblestones, underneath the surface of Swedish lakes, echoing from Bulgarian mountains, dancing in a rain storm in India. I've learned that the songs of the world remain as open as the singer's voice and as present as we are. In 2021, I moved back to Hamburg and worked on putting together my debut EP 'The Effect of Time', inspired by my life in Ireland and journeys to Asia and Scandinavia. Driven by fostering a spirit of global community through music, I'm currently doing my Master in Music pedagogy - Music and Movement at Musik Akademie Basel, FHNW.

In 2021 I've received my Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts (World Music) from the University of Limerick, encompassing voice, and composition under the guidance of Mel Mercier and Óscar Mascareñas. From 2014 to 2019 I've lived in Dublin, where I've trained as performer in theatre, dance & music.
